A more recent developement within the cam-direct/TBM framework has been a push towards implimenting a secure and sound security policy whilst providing adequete levels of protection to users. Some powerfull technologies are pencil'd in for release during the next 12 months and information warfare, its prevention and scope promise to play a big part in all of these. I'm still undecided how 'realistic' to make my releases of these technologies vs concepts targeted more at a gaming community, the swell of ideas I'm currently presented with represent a time footprint much larger than I alone can hope to impliment.

Anyway, if you find the above site interesting post any comments below, its quite likely that the next 6 months will see the creation of a security advisory panel here on the cam-direct site, and I could do with volenteers.

Todays site link: An interesting peek into the scant attention payed to the real US politics:

<a href='http://www.opensecrets.org/' target='_blank'>http://www.opensecrets.org/</a>

and how did I find it?

well, I've just been brushing up on CNN, not my ussual news station choice due to its obvious bull#### but I just heard a one line comment as they tried to show a family (who of course just happened to be black) clubbing together in a huge house (after the shambles of US social justice was literally blown wide open by Katrina) - with special attention payed to the fact that it had a pool. that line was:

"on top of everything else kerbies mother isn't even home, shes in iraq right now, as a civilian contractor"

which led me to find:

<a href='http://www.opensecrets.org/news/rebuilding_iraq/index.asp' target='_blank'>http://www.opensecrets.org/news/rebuilding..._iraq/index.asp</a>

old news maybee, BUT, it just goes to show that the old news is probably the MOST important (after all the mothers obvious links with one of the small number of companies mentioned in that article probably explain why she was in a house with a pool in the first place)

Makes me question, how they found that family in the first place......
