First of all, if you are not logged in, you will see "Welcome Guest ( Log In | Register ) " at the top of the page, if you have been given a user name and password by your provider click on 'log in" and enter them, this will give you access to the online support area. Otherwise, click on "register" and enter the details you are asked for (user name, password and email address), This will set you up as with an intermediate account (you will recieve an email with instructions of how to activate this account) that can be used to give you access the rest of the site once your account has been verified by one of our support staff, who will be notified of request to join.

Once you have access to the support section, you will see "My Controls | 0 new messages | View New Posts | My Assistant " The "My Controls" allows you to customise your user setting that other people can see when you post.

You will also see "Help | Search | Members | Calendar " The Search link allows you to enter some keywords to search for through the areas that you currently have access to. For example a search for "Windows Password" will bring up all current questions and answers relating to the windows password.

If you did not find the answer to your question, or it simply hasn't been asked, you need to ask it. Browse down to the support section and find the topic which best matches your question, For example, if you have a question about microsoft word, click on "software". You now need to ask your question. Click on "New Topic" at the bottom or top of the page. You will now be presented with a page to ask your question, giving it a title, description, and post (question), enter the details and click "preview post" at the bottom of the page. You will then be presented with how your question will look when its entered into the database, and oppertunity to change it, if you feel there is anything you need to add. When you are happy with the outcome, click "Post New Topic", and your question will be entered.

Your question will then be answered by one of our support staff (or another user) shortly.
