recently read an interesting article on digital rights management and related technologies, some of the implications, and generally well written. You may already be aware that cam-direct supports the anti-TCPA initiative, and you can find some well versed explanations of some of the different techologies, their weeknessess and implications for you as a user. During the next day or so the site will go through some minor changes, during this period certain areas will be unavailable. In addition, for a period starting at approximately 6pm GMT the entire cam-direct domain may be unavailable whilst a complete bacup image of the site is taken.

well, in a fashion. This area of the site recieves very little in the way of interest. New sales are now completed on a per client basis, and online support is now mainly focused around LTKTBM. If, those who have access to the PC support area have any queries they can of course post and recieve an answer, I am almost tempted to open this area to the public, although exactly how much time and energy will go into answering none client questions is somewhat of an open ended question. Enjoy the latest release of LTKTBM. Mark.

Our ISP tried to upgrade the website engine, unfortunately this upgrade went wrong and we had to restore from the backup. and forum post between 7th April and now been restored.

As of the 10th of March PC plumber has been put on a state of 'hold'. What does this mean? Well, Cam-Direct (PC Plumber's parent company) is dedicated to providing QUALITY service, and PC Plumber holds true to these values. Due to various circumstances, and a dedication to providing a quality service, to continue to take on new customers, various areas of the company need to be expanded and this takes time and money. For this reason, PC Plumber is currently only taking on new customers on a 'select' basis. Existing customers, especially those with the various support packages continue to be supported the same as before. The only major change customers should experience during this period (and for some time after) is that telephone support has now been changed to a 24 hour answer phone, to be used for either sales, or emergancy support only. Email and Online support continues to keep its same speedy response times. I hope this answers any questions you may have.
